What does it mean- Know your rivals. Better to spy them yourself in the garb of a friend. Learn to probe them in polite social encounters and ask them indirect questions to judge their plans and movements.

Law 15– Crush Your Enemy Totally

Law 38– Think as You Like but Behave Like Others
