Either you control the situation or the situation controls you. Either you control your mind or the happenings around you controls your mind. Either you run the day or the day runs you.

Certain situations may happen around you that you don’t have control over them but you have always control over your responses and reactions. Habits of happy people demand over the control of your reactions. 

Your happiness is in your decisions which you take in the form of your responses. You have the ability and power to create happiness in your life.

If the situation is bad and things are out of control and you are unhappy then you are making yourself suffer. Instead of dwelling on things that are out of your control, concentrate on those actions that you can take to bring joy into your life. 

Do any activity which gives you pleasure, anything which gives you peace of mind, like meditating, praying, reading a good book, walking, talking with somebody, music, etc.

When we think optimistically about our life then we feel good about our future as good things will happen in life. Then the world appears to us more attractive and enjoyable.

Habits of happy people are like investments. They always pay you returns and dividends. We are humans and when we adopt happiness habits we become superhumans. Let’s become superhuman.

When we help each other we build trust and affection. We lay the foundation for a better society. We make this world a better place.
